Is there a fee for adding funds to my RoarMoney℠ account via an external debit card?

Yes, there is a 2.5% fee for adding funds via an external debit card. It became effective on
October 16, 2020. This fee is per transaction, a percentage of the amount of funds being
debited from your external debit card, and will be deducted from the transfer amount.

If you choose not to accept the 2.5% fee, you will need to contact Customer Care at
801-252-4427. If you reject the fee, your account will be closed, and you will receive a refund of
the funds remaining in your account via check at no charge. Please allow 30 days to process
the refund minus any trailing activity and applicable fees.
