How do I make up a missed payment on my CB+ membership?

If you would like to reactivate your membership to be in good standing and have an outstanding loan, reactivation is easy. If you currently have a payment due we only require you to make up the most recent missed payment to be in good standing with your membership.  If you have initiated a payment to your membership and the payment is currently pending or in progress, you do not need to initiate another payment. Please check your payments status in the app.   

To make a payment in-app:

  1. Navigate to your profile page by clicking on your profile photo at the top left of the app
  2. Click “Membership”
  3. There will be a notification if you have missed your most recent payment.  To re-process your payment click “Retry”.
  4. Once you are up to date on payments, you will no longer see the notification that you have missed a payment.

If you do not have a loan outstanding but would like to re-apply for membership:

  1. Navigate to your profile page by clicking on your profile photo at the top left of the app
  2. Click “Membership”
  3. Click the “Build your credit” tile under the Add to Your Membership heading and follow the prompts to see if you qualify for a membership.
