How can I add money to my account?

There are several easy ways to add money to your account — and we've outlined the steps for each below.

Fund your account with 0% APR Instacash

  2. Step 2: Tap “Request”
  3. Step 3: Select amount and tap “Get cash now”

Fund your account with direct deposits

Set up direct deposits into RoarMoneySM to fund your account automatically and get your recurring pay or benefits checks up to two days early1.

  1. Step 1: Tap “More” in the Finances tab of the MoneyLion app
  2. Step 2: Tap the “RoarMoney” menu
  3. Step 3: Tap “Add / Manage direct deposit”

Fund your account by making a transfer from linked accounts

Securely link your other accounts to the MoneyLion app to transfer funds.

  1. Step 1: Tap “Transfer” on the home screen of the MoneyLion app
  2. Step 2: Tap “Add account”
  3. Step 3: Enter your other bank and login info to link that account
  4. Step 4: Start a transfer by tapping your linked account
  5. Est. time: 4 business days

Fund your account by making a transfer from unlinked accounts

Initiate transfers from any external account, including cash and payment apps.

  1. Step 1: Log into your other bank account or app and start a transfer
  2. Step 2: Enter your RoarMoney account number and bank routing number
  3. Est. time: 3-5 business days, depending on the bank or app

Fund your account with mobile check capture

Add funds to RoarMoney by using your mobile device’s camera and the Ingo app.2

  1. Step 1: Tap “More” in the Finances tab
  2. Step 2: Tap the “RoarMoney” menu
  3. Step 3: Tap “Mobile Check Capture”
  4. Step 4: Follow the steps on screen
