How do I request a new card if my card is lost, damaged or stolen?

If you need to request a new card, we are only able to ship cards to your confirmed mailing address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Please note that if your address has changed, we will need to update your address before we can send you a new card. To update your address, please do so within your MoneyLion app or use the following form: Make a change to my account Form

The reason you select for requesting a new card affects the outcome:

  • Damaged - If you select damaged, we will prompt you to destroy the old card and then issue you a new card with the same number and security code but with an updated expiration date. Your old card will be deactivated when you activate your new one once received in the mail.
  • Lost - If you report your card as lost, we will lock the old card and issue a new card with a new number, security code, and expiration date.
  • Stolen/fraud - If you select stolen or fraud, we will do the same steps for lost cards, and our fraud team will likely reach out to you to review your account and ensure that your information is safe.

Within the app, you can easily navigate to the card management screen by following the instructions below.

  1. Select "Finances"
  2. Select “RoarMoney”
  3. Navigating to “RoarMoney Cards” and selecting the card you would like to replace (either virtual or physical card)
  4. Select "Replace Card"
