Why was I declined?

If your loan is declined, please refer to your adverse action, which is available on your dashboard under the Loans tab. This will provide the main reasoning for our decision. If you believe you were denied incorrectly based on your consumer report, you should contact the company listed on the Adverse Action letter directly for more info.

The letter gives you three ways to contact them, including their phone number, email, and street address. You may also submit a written request to MoneyLion to dispute a denial reason at: PO Box 1547, Sandy, UT, 84091-1547. You must submit this request within 60 days of the denial, and we have 30 days to respond once we receive your request.
