How do I update my payment information?

If you are enrolled in auto-pay and wish to change the bank account that an active loan is being paid from, please follow the instructions on Update payment method page here or contact our support team 2-3 days BEFORE the payment due date at 1-701-566-6560. 

We require 2-3 days’ notice to review and process your request, as auto-payments are initiated from our system the day before the due date. For additional ways to pay, please refer to the FAQ titled "How can I make my loan payments?".
