How do I update my payment information?

If you are enrolled in auto-pay and wish to change the bank account that an active loan is being paid from, please contact our support team 2-3 days BEFORE the payment due date at 1-701-566-6560. 

We require 2-3 days’ notice to review and process your request, as auto-payments are initiated from our system the day before the due date. For additional ways to pay, please refer to the FAQ titled "How can I make my loan payments?".
