How can I update my payment schedule or payment method?

If your pay dates have changed and you need to update your loan payment schedule, please fill out this form: Update Payment Dates.

 

Note: Updating your payment schedule can take up to 48 business hours to be completed.

 

UPDATING YOUR LOAN PAYMENT METHOD

Updating your payment method for Credit Builder Plus loans is easy! Here’s how it’s done:

  1. From the app's Home screen, tap the Loans tab at the bottom.
  2. Then choose “Active” from the menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Next, select the loan for which you want to update the payment method.
  4. Then tap the “Update Payment Method” button.
  5. Finally, choose one of the payment methods from the list.

Need to add a new payment method? No problem. Here's how:

  1. At step 5 above, select “Add payment method" and select the account type you want to add (Note: For loan payment methods, we only accept “Bank Account” as an account type. You may call in to the customer support center at the time of your payment at 1-888-704-6970 if you wish to pay via debit card.) 
  2. Follow the prompts to add your account. Once you’ve successfully added a new payment method, it will show up on your payment method list for you to select.

UPDATING YOUR MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT

Updating your payment method for your membership is simple and very similar to above:

  1. Go to the app's Home screen and tap on your profile photo on the upper left. 
  2. Next, select “Membership” from the menu. 
  3. Under “Membership Management,” tap on “Manage my membership.”
  4. Hit “Update my payment method”
  5. Finally, choose one of the payment methods from the list.

Need to add a new payment method? Here's how:

  1. At step 5 above, tap on “Add payment method” and select the account type you want to add. (Note: For membership payments, we only accept “Bank Account” as an account type. You may call in to the customer support center at the time of your payment at 1-801-252-4427 if you wish to pay via debit card.) 
  2. Once you’ve successfully added a new payment method, it will show up on your payment method list for you to select.
