Why did I get a message saying my address info doesn’t match?

When you select "Turbo" as the funding method for your loan, you need to ensure that your address on file with us matches the address associated with the debit card you've provided.
If you're still having issues, you can always select the traditional funding option, which will send the funds to your checking account. If you'd like to update the address we have on file, please submit a ticket to our support team here.
