What if I haven't received my direct deposit?

Because MoneyLion Checking accounts are closing on Sept 1, deposits are no longer allowed into MoneyLion Checking after July 31. If your direct deposit was sent to your MoneyLion Checking account after that date, it will be returned to the payer (such as your employer). Please contact your payer, as they will be working to reroute it to you. Please update your direct deposit information with them as soon as possible.

Thank you for setting up direct deposit and unlocking 0% APR advances on your hard-earned money! As soon as we receive your direct deposit amount from your employer or provider, we post it to your MoneyLion Checking account. If you have deposit notifications turned on in the MoneyLion app, you'll be notified as soon as your direct deposit hits your MoneyLion Checking account.

If you do not see your direct deposit in your MoneyLion Checking account when you expect it, first check with your employer to confirm that your direct deposit info is correct (your employer has this information) and that payroll was processed. (It usually takes two business days for funds to be sent to your account once your employer processes payroll.)

Bank and federal holidays can impact the timing of your deposit as well. See below. If you need assistance after reaching out to your employer, please submit a ticket to our support team here.
