If you apply for MoneyLion Core membership and receive a message that says you may be ineligible, it’s likely due to one or more of the following reasons:
- The name, date of birth, or Social Security number (SSN) you entered doesn’t match public records or has been flagged by one of our partners.
- Your answers to your ID authentication questions didn’t match public records.
- You don’t meet the minimum age requirement (18) for membership.
- There was a technical issue, and you should try again.
Sometimes when you receive an ineligibility message, you will be prompted to double-check your information and try again. Mistypes of your info can sometimes cause identity verification issues.
